I suppose   ;D    It only took a Saturday and few trips to B&Q

Should be not too far off Shaun ...   I have swapped the 1200e Electro for a 1600w , so two 1600w inside  ...  i dont have two more electros at the moment so i  stuck in two Italian ameteks 1500w which have been lying around for a while ... they actually measure well power wise .

Have you noticed a significant difference in vacuum?

I think anyone with an enforcer should make one of these, perhaps you could do a step by step on how you made it, what you'll need and approximate cost, it would be excellent for cleaners and the forum.

Have you fired her up John and put her to the test?

Does the dirty tank flex at all when you have all the motors running?

I take it you are able to block off the aux port when you just want to run the 2 onboard vacs otherwise you gonna be worse than when you started   ;D

Yes Shaun i could do that  ...  i kid a bit about getting ever thing from B&Q  , the connections etc came from ebay mostly ... buy nothing really difficult , you would need a holesaw a few bit also .

Yes i have tested it  ...  i have not got figures but there is extreme violence at the hose cuff   ;D   The two vacs inside  the Enforcer on their own measure18HG ( about 244" lift )   cfm would be around 130  ...
With the booster plugged in the airflow is noticeably better  , should be around 250+ and 17HG
I did get a cheap CFM anemometer but it lacks an accurate calibration ... i do have a lift gauge .
The tank does not flex because of the design and the plastic is 10mm thick  .
That was one of my biggest concerns .... drilling a hole in the waste tank without knowing the structural implications .  Once you drill there is no going back ....  but its all good ..   I did intend to do connect the booster port internally , but when i saw the internal design , to get a custom manifold made and relocate the motor was a hassle against just rilling an external hole .
Yes i have screw cap that fits in seconds to block the port hole .

John - fair play to you I say

You have done a great tidy job and shown up some suppliers in the industry with some DIY plumbing.

You have put your money where your mouth it, it takes balls to start chopping into what looks like a brand new Enforcer and advance it like you have.

If you could set that up in the van so its on 2 cords that would be ideal, then be able to quickly get it off for jobs you need to be mobile on you have the best of both worlds. Not to mention you have back up vacs in your toolbox!!

Did you bypass the thermal cut off on the vacs in the box or leave them standard? I suppose as they are set up, heat probably won't be an issue

yep Stuart but you are in the same boat as me with the Airflex triple - 5 vacs but 3 cords then

John has managed (hopefully so long as its doesnt start tripping the leccy and it maybe close) 4 vacs on 2 cords

Shows a lot about a person when they continually go on about how much bigger and better theirs is I think

Shaun, do you have a small you know what or something?

Don't tell me, I bet you drive a BMW as well, maybe even a white one? Or a convertible or a Mercedes with a big engine all to compensate??   ;D

Good work John, only time will tell if these modifications are going to be worth it.
To be honest I never run my Enforcer from the van, I always bring it up to the property and use shorter hose lengths so I am happy with the performance of mine.
Nothing wrong with a little experimenting, after all machines are always evolving and we need people like you who think outside the box
