TUPE

Iv'e been asked to quote on a cleaning contract that I wont, however they what me to include in quote how I would deal with TUPE. There is currently 1 person employed.
Any advise on how to get around it or work with it ?

There's no way of getting around it.Working with it you will have to pay the same rate, hours and take on the holidays owing for this year that have not yet been taken.

Yes you can ask for their hours, rate of pay and holidays taken. This is all part of the TUPE regulations.

Spoke to there present employer who confirmed that they wished to stay at 2.5 hours per day at £6.50 hour , so ill quote and take them on board if I have to, but still a bit worried
