I have got to quote for an office block 3 stories, apart from one part which is 4 stories, there are 300 hundred windows (about 100cm x100cm), what would you charge? inside and out seperately?

the entrance hall is 2 stories high and needs cleaning inside.....can i use ladders legally if footed etc.? there is room for a hydraulic platform but i know they wont pay for it.

all input appreciated as they want quote by the end of the week!!
