Hi been asked to look at a school for there yearly clean interior and exterior window cleaning...... Got a price in mind not sure how to word the quote as first big job....and don't want to look silly any help advice would be much appreciated

Don't waffle.
But include the word phrase 'clean all accessible windows' the accessible bit being paramount.
And get them to clear the windows of blu tack etc...

I'd put to clean windows where safe access is gained which covers you if you can't get to any windows. I'd ask if they want cello tape or blue tac taken off the windows add quite abit more on if they do. Also see if they gonna take pictures off the glass or just leave them where pictures are. Also make sure you mention partition & glass doorways would be extra costs if they want them done to
