Carbon poles for that height will set you back around £700 plus the vat if you source them direct from the carbon fibre supplier.
At least double that if buying from any of the gutter vac 'specialists' then you'll need a powerful vac that can draw from that height, if any can of course....

I doubt any vac on the market will be able to properly clean gutters at a height of 60ft! You need a cherry picker.....

I've cleaned at 50' with carbon poles and a 3600 vac. Worked well.
