Flat, white, rubberised roof

Customer has a flat, white, rubberised roof.
It's got reddish staining, perhaps brick dust, and needs a general clean.
Can anyone recommend anything to clean it please?
That won't damage the waterproofness or look of it...

EPDM roofing ?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EPDM_rubber

I use non caustic TFR or Janitol rapide but they should be good with most of the common detergents, just scrub with a deck scrub and a rinse with lowish pressure
