Thanks for your input too Davids.  I never gamble so its wins all the way. Quick solid growth with very very little drop out rate has meant nothing is a gamble and every day is a good day.
Its not about amounts, its about HOW!

Best of luck to you if you can achieve this. Whatever your 'how' is, can you do it day in day out? If so, you should have 10 franchisees by this time next year. If 40 hours leafleting brings in 280 customers you should be able to do one a month with a few leafletters working part time.

Davids, you are correct, but as you may well know 'finding' reliable quality franchisees is more difficult than bringing the work in. Had a new one start on the 21st of this month though. Happy days.

Richy. In short=
Simple easy to read leaflet, your branding on it. Typical Prices on it. Delivered 1 or 2 days (or upto a week) before your cleaning that area. Delivered to the same area on a very regular basis. Delivered before 3.00 pm or on a Sunday.
Hope this helps.

More than enough Lanes!

You're very secretive.
No website? But you're looking for franchisers?
Happy to post figures but not ones of any substance.
Not digs. Just facts. Each to their own.

It's just the internet. Try not to worry.

Correct on the first account lanes, NO WEBSITE. Second account, not looking at the moment as the new one (started 21st of this month) is settling in and I like to spend time with them.
Prices and amounts. Why share them on a forum? Unless to 'big' your wallet up.

I think its a little bit of a trade off Rich, if you where out seeing it and quoting you could get more, or less if they are small etc.. The beauty about it is no quoting, so when you get a call for the Ultra Clean you know what you're getting, good with the bad.

Thanks for your input Carl. Heres to your next 20 years!!!!!
If you want my correct stats you are slighlty out.
From 9 hours of leafletting in January I have 83 new accounts serviced every 4 weeks.
Keep up the good work.

Totalling £? Per month though David?
Over 9 regular decent customers an hour is certainly a rate neither myself or anyone I know of could achieve. But if you have, hats off!
