You are thanking them for paying online, but they owe the money.

I would say something like this mate..

Dear Customer,

Please note your window cleaning bill is now due for payment, and needs to be settled as soon as possible.

You can do this online via BACS, immedialty and quickly for your conveneicnece. (spelling I know...)
