winding up other windie
« on: April 25, 2014, 07:43:43 pm »
Called in bank to pay some cash in at lunchtime and another local windie was also in.

He's one of them who likes to blow his own trumpet but we got chatting, as you do, then he went up to pay his money in. Old dear finishes so I went up dropped my money in the drawer.

By this time he was almost finished, cashier said to me, how much have you in cash, so I said £950 cash and £245 cheques.

Other windie nearly got whiplash he turned round that quick, busy week he said, no short week this week with easter monday. He humphed and walked out.

Cashier said there's not that much here, No I said, but as long as it winds him up i'm not bothered. ;D ;D ;D
