Our first invoice!
« on: April 24, 2014, 06:46:01 pm »
Hi peeps,

We've got a large business but we've only even written receipts however the other day we've been asked by a new client if we can invoice their head office. Please can anyone advise on the best way to do this? I've already got my invoice sorted so I'm guessing it's just a matter of sending an email with the invoice attached.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Send it to the accounts department via email on a PDF document.

Get your secretary to do it. Most large companies have one.

No it's not a wind up.

Most of our work is domestic and the few commercial jobs we've got only ever request a receipt, I thought I was on the right track anyway but just wanted to be sure. I thought the idea of this forum was to help and advise people guess i was wrong in thinking that.

Oh come off it mate. You've hardly participated much in your time on here. You've got the answers to all of your two questions since you joined two years ago and now you think you're hard done by. Try offering some help for once instead of lurking and just taking.
