Not stupid at all
Basically you create your worksheet(s) as normal in Cleaner Planner.
Then before you head out in the morning you "Download worksheet(s)" to the your phone or tablet (e.g. via WiFi - you don't even need 3G).
All your jobs for the day (including notes and balances) are then available on your phone or tablet while you're out an about.
Again, no need to worry about 3G signal and everything is instant as you're not tethered to the net. No waiting around for the thing to load while time is money
Then when you get home (or for multis - when the operative gets back to base) you / they simply "Upload changes" from the app and all your charges, payments etc appear in central CP.
Review the worksheet, submit and you're done.
