Problem with zeta washer
« on: April 17, 2014, 07:33:37 pm »
My Zeta washer has developed a fault, when running at full revs it pulsates but if I turn the revs down it stops.
I suspect it drawing air in from some where but carnt find where, is my thinking right or could it be something else and if it is air getting drawn in any ideas where it could be getting in

Thanks

It's could either be air or a restricton on the inlet... 'I'd guess at the latter first as you say it only does it at full flow... try pressure feeding it to check for leaks but check your filters to?

if interested I have a twin cylinder lombardini air colled machine with a gearbox driven interpump 2035 - 200 bar at 35lpm, it's got a large 80 meter (ish) hose reel on with about 40 meters of hose, it's a proper van mount drain jetter very similar to one I use myself, £2k
