Just about completed two weeks of first cleans.

Most were really really bad, not one call back and checked every job/window.

I have to say its all about technique and experience.

I can tell what will spot and what wont.

Adding anything to the water kinda defeats the idea of "pure water window cleaning"

Tench sounds a bit fishy to me. I mean if you can't clean windows without additives then what hope is there?  ;D
