Clensa anyone?

http://clensa-approved.com/affordable-membership-fb/

I have seen this a couple of times and wondered what it was - is it a new thing? Are they right to say that they are  "The only cleaning company accreditation body in the UK"?

What about NCCA? Bics? IICRC BCC CSSA?

The site is good and this page in particular is quite 'sales'y' - but is there any substance apart from an online e learning course, a few stickers and a mention on their site?

Who are they? and are they something that's going to be big in future, and worth considering joining? - anyone?

I bet 'every ' application gets approved.
But don't want to knock it , it might be very effective.

Kev
you could say, what about the NCCA, IICRC WOOLSAFE ans so on , but what realy du you get from these organisations? Ive been a member of the  NCCA since 1997 and can honestly say it certainly is not value for money, I mean for my £264 a year what do I get ? Oh right I can use there logo on my van and advertising! And ok I get a magazine every month, full of adverts  but thats it realy, so why do I remain a member ? Because potential customers see that I am a member and have peace of mind that I am qualified to the job of cleaning carpets and upholstery and I am insured for any liability

Hi Kev,

I know the guys behind this. It is aimed mainly at the domestic and commercial daily cleaning market at the moment.

Essentially it checks everyone is insured etc it doesnt offer training at the moment.

"Checks everyone is insured". Like TACCA then, but TACCA's free.

I was just about to join .. twice actually but never did. It doesn't look like it could add much value to our cleaning services in manchester for now (these badges aren't very attractive either). Price is low compared to the BCC or CSSA but that's all. We never know these guys may grow soon and then double the fee ;-) Good luck to them.

Pawel .... is that your wife on the images on your website? .... If so well done and are they real?  :o  :P

Ps ... I am not sure if the type of spammy seo you are trying on this forum works any more.

I don`t see the value in the majority of these organisations.

Never been affiliated to any of them, has not stopped me gaining business and never been asked who I belong too!
