that was the printers mistake who was previously asked to email me a copy to proof read but he forgot and a few days later they arrived with an invoice which needless to say i didnt pay . so rob how would tackle this job , the customer told me that the drive was sealed with resiblock 22 about 2 years ago , im aware that the sealer is an expensive sealer so would that mean a softwash approach after treating as he requested this

Is the sealer affected by the surface detritus or is it still unaffected?

Resiblock 22 is only a sand stabiliser so should't have made difference to the pavers appearance. if the sand is still in tact, then yes it may well need a clean, the Resiblock isn't going to stop that side of things.

the surface of the blocks have some algae on them and the moss growth is in random areas between the blocks , is this an indication that the sealer has failed in areas where the moss is present

No not necessarily, can you post a photo of the paving?

Just clean it with a light hypo mix around 4:1 strength shouldn't effect the Resiblock.
