New Contract - Prices (Help)
« on: April 07, 2014, 08:53:18 pm »
Hi. I've been asked to quote for a job. A very big job. Long story short, how do you normally quote per window? It's a new build so windows are obviously filthy, cement dirt etc. 5 to 6 stories high. On average 1000 rooms. Also they want a quote for insides. How would you normally quote for these? Your help and guidance would be greatly appreciated.........

work out how long it will take you and how much you want to earn per hour just dont be greedy (remember you have no travel time/costs)

Other wise just think if you dont know dont price recommend someone that can handle it. they may throw you some work as well

I dont mean that to sound rude.

What ever price you come up with, triple it.

If not, and as posted above, run away.

No problems. I can handle it. I wanted to know how other window cleaners price work (as a rough guide). Also I live in Birmingham and the job is in London!

anything like that we always go and see it, if possible do a test clean and work out how long it would take you to do after factoring in breaks etc, we've done this a couple of times now and seems a proven method for us.
