Hello Clive
personally I would use releasit DS2 its very very economical and as long as there is no issues ie urine stains or heavy protein staining thats the chem for you, I did a nursing home yesterday 350 sq yds took me six hours , pre vaced then chemstractor  only made one stop for a ten min coffee

if there are urine and protein I would opt for the Hydrox at 11 to 1 hot water

p s I used a bit less than a litre of product!  Total cost just short of £11

Hi Stuart the Chemstractor is 15+years old built like a tank in those days. was using a blue pad, brushed in and followed with Sprayborg. The picture is with a single pass with blue pad.

Why bother with the sprayborg! The Chemstractor looked like it had done the trick!

Always do a 2 pass clean, second one with a bonnet. Bit embarrassed with speed of 1 pass. Get paid with the amount of money that I want.

The way I view it is this.  If I went to go and clean a domestic carpet, and the carpet cost £1500, my cleaning time cost them £60, how much money have they saved for not having to replace the carpet, even it only took 30 mins to clean!

Same with commercial. Say it cost 8k for the carpets and it cost them £500 for me to clean it which say took 3-4 hours, once again, how much have they saved for not replacing the carpet. If my customer is happy, then so am I.

(Above are guides)
