Hi Cliff

A couple of possibilities.

1) His TD's reading is to high, because he isn’t using the equipment properly

2) He is rushing the job and trying to cut corners

3) He is not rinsing enough

4) He has had no training

5) He is just a rubbish window cleaner

Hope that gives you some insight

Many Thanks

Andrew

aNOTHER BAD WFP USER,ONE WHO DOES NOT KNOW HIS AR.. FROM HIS ELBOW
HE SHOULD GO WITH SOMEONE FOR A DAY WHO KNOWS WHAT HES DOING BEFORE HE CAUSES MORE DAMAGE FOR WFP USERS IN HIS AREA.

Reach and Wash is that Ionics?  as their equipment is top notch but expensive 8)

Bad workers always blame their tools ;D

You can have the best equipment there is but if you dont get the training and do the research the results will speak for themselves ;)

Gaza, do you know anyone?  ;D

On a serious note....

I had a customer last week who wanted a WC but was reluctant to let me clean her windows using WFP as her friend's WC had used WFP and left white spots on her windows.  I said if your not happy with my results then don't pay me.

She's now agreed to let me clean her windows using WFP every 4 weeks.

I just hope she tells her friend about her new clean windows! :)

A happy customer.

So Gaza, without spending the day with you I wouldn't have had the knowledge and confidence to achieve a good 1st clean.

Cheers Bud ;)

Hi Brett

I ended up going for a DIY van mounted system from Gardiner - so far so good!
