Had this email from gumtree from this guy: What's wrong with rug doctor and karcher machines I sell them and a customer said on Gumtree some one saying they no good you not got a clue pal if you like to damage other peoples business I will put your company to ashame were you want have a single customer

I have found out who he is, and won't answer his phone.

I've sent him an email basically saying, If I turned up in with my 3 stage carpet cleaning machine, and you pulled up with a rug doctor etc, I know who the customer would choose.

Don't get me wrong, the Puzzi is a great spotting machine, but not for cleaning public houses/Indian restaurants/nursing homes etc.

So many idiots out there.

To be honest I think that one line at the bottom spoils a really good advert, it ends the advert on a bit of a negative downer,

do customers even know what a Karcher  puzzi is?

Changed it just keep him happy! The guy still won't answer his phone.  So annoying.
