I'm considering applying for a Cash plus business account as a cheaper alternative to my lloyds account.
Fees are £49 for the year with no charges for transactions paid in or paid out. You have to pay in cash at any post office or bank transfer cash in. You cannot pay cheques in but I now encourage my customers to pay by card which saves me messing about going to the bank.
You receive a MasterCard to pay with or you have to bank transfer money out.
Benefits to me are no bank charges which should save me more than the charges I pay for taking card payments.
My question is:
Has anybody had any experience with Cash plus for this type of business account?
