Well after much deliberation and getting contractor 'approval' status I will finally be allowed to remove some graffiti 

What is the best stuff to use ?

It's just off a city centre so what in general should I do about the waste water when washing ? Or are 'Eco friendly' products allowed into the drains ?

Best with a hot pressure washer mate. I use chems from graffiti hot line too. There eco friendly so can be washed down the drains

My mates makes a very good eco friendly graffiti remover ..in his shed. It can go down the grid...although the paint it removes cannot. I can send you some samples if you want.

So you have been approved to remove graffiti by a local authority by the looks of your thread  but really you don't know how to do it?
How the hell do you get approved, then need to ask for advice?
Mate I've helped and given you advice on here and off line (email) but why put yourself up for a job and have no idea how to do it?
All the questions you have asked in the thread surely you should have known or been asked at the time of being approved?

It's not local authority, private company.

Sorry if my posts make it look like I don't know my ar$e from my elbow! but I know how to do it! just turning to you more experienced guys to point out a good product rather than me going through several different ones

The job is 40 miles out, I don't really want to take a brand, find out it's carp, then go back with another brand

I always like to double check I'm going in the right direction esp. Where chemicals are involved as I don't want to pollute half of norfolk.

They don't put prices on their site   the guy you need to speak to at Tensid is Richard Turk
