« on: March 20, 2014, 04:25:30 pm »
I have a problem. Today when cleaning a patio with a turbo nozzle it started ping out where the join together on the lance. Is there any stores I can go to that would have the like b and q or screw fix as need it fixed for Saturday as got more to do. thanks

Sorry I have a quick release coupling at the end of my lance when I was working with the turbo nozzle it was leaking so I guess I need a new coupling. Where is best to buy one as need it for Saturday.

Remove the coupling and screw the turbo straight onto the tube 1/4"bsp

What he said.

You have one of these don't ya?

You might need to put the lance in a vice or use one of these, a pipe wrench;

Whip off the female quick release and take off the male quick release from the turbo nozzle.

Get some PTFE tape and tape the thread on the end of lance and nip up the turbo hand tight, you don't need to nip up with a spanner;

Great advice you too. Thanks a lot. I must say I think the quick release system are realy bad so will but a spare lance for the rinse down next. Again thank you.
