Load of crap in my opinion.

How are you removing gum now? Are you a new start up, not seen you about before.
We're doing gum removal tomorrow in Rochdale on the front of a pub. Tarmac.

The picture of the steps half cleaned on the op's site (for external cleaning tab at the top) thats the third time ive seen that pic this week. Herts pressure washing posted it on facebook, saw it on an american website and now on the op site. Those steps must get around!  ;D

Mike, this machine has not yet been tried and tested . If you need one of these machines go for the Ecogum and rent one before you buy. They are not cheap to buy and you have the consumables to purchase to run it . The Ecogum is robust but removing gum is time consuming especially on tarmac. if you need any info then give me a ring ! The gum wands seem like an expensive gimmick to me

Jettaway, they do serve a purpose ie. if you need to remove gum with the general public in the vicinity and you dont have to worry about trailing leads or putting barriers up ect, ect. Ed
