I have decided to sell my round which I started around 2 years ago and go into pressure washing.

40% Commercial work
60% Domestic

All good customers, the crap ones have been dropped (I have a list of about 20 customers that have been dropped over the 2 years, which you are welcome to).


Avg Commercial Price Excludes Shop Fronts


Price: £6500 (4x Monthly Value)

Round consists of well priced work, hence the reason I am asking 4x the value. Approx 2 days work per week.

I have constantly updated the customer list while working to add customers phone numbers, names etc. 90% of customers I have all contact details for.

There is a few that need txting before, leaving gate open etc. This is also noted on the customer list.

There is a couple of customers (4 or 5) that I trad bottoms as that was the agreement we came to when I changed to WFP which was around a year and a half ago.


Frequency

Mainy 4 or 8 weekly work, there is a few commercials that are 2 weekly.


Area

Main bulk of work in Milton Keynes
There is 1 days work in toddington every 8 weeks.
6 or 7 shop fronts & 2 £25 houses in bedford (done monthly)
And a commercial in luton every week.

Will not split as I wish to sell as a whole round.
