Trying to get website redesigned, and want to add a Q&A page, but a bit flummoxed !

Can anyone give me a few common Q&A's please ?

Questions on what area of cleaning?

But Q&As are not about answering questions they are about giving information about your business best features .

The answer to a 'question' must sell your usp

Eg:

Question:  "will I need to prepare the room before your arrival?"

Answer: "Unlike other companies we work as  2 man team, we will do everything that is necceary to give you a fantastic cleaning experiance, so  you can sit back, relax, have a cup of tea..... secure in the knowledge, you can leave everything to our expert hands"

The answer must tell the reader something specific about your company
