TACCA 2014 is going to be bigger and better than ever before, and is likely to sell out fast so make sure you get your tickets early.
So what's on?
TACCA training, techniques and marketing events are a great informal way to learn new skills, brush up on your marketing and find new avenues to take your business to a whole new level.
Have you ever thought about moving your carpet cleaning business into stone floor cleaning? wood sanding? leather cleaning and repair? or oven cleaning? What about fire and flood or rug cleaning and repair? Well, then this event will show you what's involved, give you the chance to talk to industry experts, watch them as they show you, answer your questions and even let you have a go on lots of new machines to try out.
We are also planning marketing seminars to help you grow your business and if you don't want to diversify or grow, then we have some carpet cleaning experts who will teach you advanced spot and stain techniques using the latest and best products, also how to clean and identify delicate materials such as rayon, silk, viscose and other fibres which scare the bejesus out of us when we come across them.
We also have leather experts, fire and flood, fogging, rug cleaning, rug fringe correction, rug repair, carpet re-colouring, including the new cotton dyes from chemspec. and much much more. TACCA 2014 is a must for any serious carpet cleaning company, from sole traders, right up to multi van companies. It's all here under one roof to help you decide on where to take your company next.
The Weekend's proceedings
Friday night, the 6th of June. The venue is open on the Friday night for casual chit chat, some guys go off for a curry and the rest of us chip in an order some Pizza and chips, all informal and relaxed, Bar is open so it gives us all a chance to chat and share stories.
Saturday 9am 7th June. The event opens at 9am and starts at 10am. There is tea and coffee throughout the day (all included in the ticket price), the trainers all begin at 10am so it's up to you who you would like to see, demos and seminars are short so you can get round a fair few sessions and the trainers are flexible in showing and answering any questions. The only seminars that are timed and specific are the marketing events which will be listed on the day. Hog roast (again included in the ticket price) will be served at 12.30pm and then the day will restart at around 1.30pm Event finishes at around 4.30 but you are welcome to stay til midnight as the bar remains open. Or you could arrange a curry night as there are a few curry houses within a mile of the venue.

- Judy Bass, From LTT covering leather cleaning and restoration demo, advice and latest products
- Derek Bolton From Cleansmart supplies Ltd will be showing advanced spot and stain removal techniques and tricks.
- Gavin Finch from Dirtbusters oven cleaning training will be bringing dip tanks, chemicals and a few ovens to show everyone whats involved with oven cleaning and answering your questions

No other gathering offers a wider variety of learning from a great selection of industry leaders who are more than willing to share their information with anyone who requests it. If you only attend one carpet cleaning event in the year, make it the TACCA day!
Well organised event, I was hoping to come away with 1 or 2 little bits of info that I would be able to use in my business, but I came out with a note pad full, can't wait for next year, this is definetly a must NOT miss event of the year!

I gained more in this one day than any other single day I have had on any training. The varied extra add-on,s we can bring to the business and alternative ways to enhance my offer to the customer and gain more customers were vital.Will definitely be there next year.

Every event that I have attended in over 27 years in the trade have not only enhanced my business but empowered us to better serve our customers which in turn leads to increasing turnover. The TACCA day was no exception and ask me a year from now how much my business has benefited financially from what I took from the day and I expect to report a substantial increase.
A very well thought out friendly event where you got 3 days training rolled into one at a fraction of the cost and excellent networking also.
This was my first tacca training day. Was well worth the 900 mile round trip learnt more in one day than i have on any training course i have ever attended. Great to meet up with old friends and make new ones. Would not even think about missing another one just one valuable nugget of info pays for the ticket.
Fantastic day and a great event, seeing so many people turn up for an event like this where you can get your “hands on” experience shows this is what the industry has been waiting for. Roll on next year.
Once again another excellent day and well worth taking the time out to attend. I learned a few little gems which will definitely help my business. Met old friends and made some new ones, great crack on both nights and the Hog Roast was a genius idea Mr West 
I came away with information that was was worth at least 3 times the ticket price!
Not only did I gain knowledge from the trainers, a wealth of knowledge was available from all the other attendees on the day. Great atmosphere and a great industry to be associated with .

Very interesting day and i am sure everyone attending learned something as all trainers were very good and with various rooms in the venue it allowed you to take in the training you were most interested in without having to sit through sessions you were not interested in
A lot to take in but enjoyable and the networking was very useful
I defy any carpet cleaner to attend without picking up a useful tip for increasing their business.
