Ill drop him an email tonight, i remember you saying he was a good guy. I don't have skype though and my web connection is pathetic to be honest, just have to do it over email maybe. I want my website to be redone asap really

I just leave it too him...show him some sites you like the look of and he will put something together.He will keep changing it till you lke it. Get skype ...you leave him instruction before you go to bed and in the morning it's done

£150 with as many changes as you wish (but don't take the p) . He makes them in wordpress  (  http://wordpress.com/ )so you can change text ,pictures ,upload content as you feel like.Or he will do t if you are not confident. You can pick your theme here http://theme.wordpress.com/ as complex or as simple as you like. You can also buy different themes ..  there are thousands to choose from.
For me he builds the "frame work" so ,say were there is a picture of Angelina ...i just look for that in the dashboard at the back of the site .I put my new picture in there and click the button  ...she is then replaced by the new picture.
I would never replace Angelina though

They are easy enough to build...but would you bother for £150? I had quotes from "English" companies from £500 to £2000 for a fully "SEO'd " wordpress site.

When i asked the question "Why would you bother to build something not SEO'd ?"  a lot could not answer
I am going to build brand new diesel engined pressure washers for £3000 ...but they don't have a pump or an engine ...the general public will never notice!!!!!!
