Whats the best way to remove the build up of floor polish in the grout lines between terracotta tiles?. Was able to remove from the tile but big trouble with the grout.

Clover zip strip and your honing powder 320 grit, Kevin.

I once did one where the sealer in the grout lines was level with the tiles.

The only thing that would shift it was a wire hand brush and a steam machine.

Pad and then brush then went for the wire brush, hard work

Hi Neil, If you get onto chris scott 00447973216502 he has a safe and very effective stripper which i have used with great results for this problem.

Your mixing products.  Half the battle with cleaning is knowing what you are trying to remove.  If you prewet the tile and grout and then apply a high alkaline and allow to dwell and then agitate and add the honing powder agitate again and and vac off.   If the tile strips clean then so should the grout it is just that grout has a slightly better grip and may need a longer dwell time.
