Just had a call from a chap in a wealthy area of Newcastle.  He asked if our system got rid of dust mites.  I explained the procedure to him and I queried why dust mites were such a problem to him.

He informed me that the carpets had been down for over 30 years and had never been cleaned.  He then said he had an "insect" problem which he assumed were dust mites.  I asked him how he presumed this to be dust mites and he told me..."when I'm lying in bed I can feel them on my face and I can also see them on the ceiling" 

Needless to say I gave him advice over the 'phone while politely declining the job itself.
