Brush Head Y connectors?

Just put 4 pencil jets into a wide brush but can't find the 4mm, 4mm, 4mm, y connectors on line, anyone know who sells them? Thanks.

Be carful with the ones b&q sell they are about 0.4grams heavier than Gardiners ;)

Halfords and similar Auto Supplies - look for windscreen wash system spares.
I sometimes get some from Aquarium tropical fish place!
