Looking at buying one. Seen the videos and it looks great. Just wanted to check before I order one though.

If you mean the Rojak one, ive got one.
Imo it is ok, but it has its limits.
If you are using it on dead flat, firm ground, it will give you an added degree of confidence.
If the ground is uneven or has a loose surface its dangerous, as it can wobble or slide.
As i rarely use ladders these days, i dont hardly use it anymore, but if a done a gutter clean for example, with the good ground conditions mentioned above, i would use it.
Dont know if this helps ??

Thats cool thanks, what you have said is pretty much what i assumed, its a backup safety device i guess.

I dont want the user to rely on it or get cocky. I don't do the work, so i am thinking i should invest in some additional safety devices.

Thanks.

He uses the ankalad system tho, looks to be too much faffing. I know you cant put a price on safety, but i thought this would be a step in the right direction.

I nearly bought one but the Paypal button didn't work and I forgot to book mark the site. Looked pretty good to be honest but not sure it would work on uneven ground. I use Laddatec Limpets all the time - can't get them now which is a shame - wouldn't trust them on wet decking though.

When i used mine it did the job i used it on gravel etc as i had suction cup feet on the bottom of my ladders it worked really well that is what the BT guys use or did .

Only used mine 4-5 times that was over 6 years ago now it is in the back of garage some where now i think its been that long since i laid eyes on it . Mike

How much mate for your ladder mate? Got a picture mate?

Might have it off you.

Yes, that's the one. Impossible for the ladder to slip away.

I use a Titan base mate ladder leveller, fantastic bit of kit!  also have a Rojak ladder stopper which comes in handy at times :)

I'll get a picture of it tomorrow. It's got 2,000 spikes on it and can be used on all types of surface including concrete print, only the size of a door mat as well got it's own carry case.

Here's the pics of the ladder m8, this was the indusrial version I payed 90 quid for it. I'll have to check out delivery costs before I think of a price.ItIt's got leaves on it from the last time I used it 5 years ago.
