needed a flow control switch, needed it before the end of the week for the 50 foot pole, so i thought gardiners they will defo get it to me, so i thought to myself ill get a new brush and those john guest barb fittings at the same time.... package in the post yesterday everything apart from the flow switch !!! the only thing i really needed, i know petty but i really needed that tod\y

hi alex i did and they were great as normal and are sending one out but didnt help me today, i guess its just one of those, a simple mistake, doesnt happen very often

Would be even better if it had been correct to start with though. Could you email me with the name on the packing slip - alex@agardiner.co.uk

Use a strong peg on the pole flow hose as a temporary method til one arives

Bulldog clips (think that's right) the ones that hold paper on a clipboard are the best

Busted - yes I do all our packing and just have a variety of stamps to make it look like we employ a team  ;D

LOL - I know of a window cleaning firm that writes on about 15 different names on the invoices so can blame others for his rubbish cleans hehe
