This is a way to show what works in getting customer surly you dont like wasting money?
ROI shows the performance of sales. if i was to share a marketing or sales method with you and along side show you the ROI you can see that it works and that using that method is NO RISK TO YOU
so to talk in a meaningful way about sales and marketing you need these numbers, not to do so is just hot air
I have wasted thousands over the year listening to hot air from other carpet cleaners, media sale like yellow page they cost me £20k over two years That shows I did not learn my lesson first time. I am sure we have all done it. even when we can see something works but can work out why it will not for us.
My Pink flyer example shows how you can see someone having success. these two sets of number bring up questions about real basic stuff like what you charge and how many jobs you do each day.
its interesting that many see the value is sharing and belonging to associations but dont measure that value of that or the quality of the information. we have all seen friends go under, work ebb and flow tried to understand why. getting a handle on this stuff is key to just getting by or making some money.
With respect negative guys please don't comment. I am only interested in people that want to share positive information not the rubbish going around in their minds.
