Having a slogan?
« on: February 18, 2014, 08:40:48 pm »
Thinking of using a slogan under my company name on uniform, van, flyers etc 'taking window cleaning to the next level'

Is there any copyright type jazz to worry about or would I be good to go?

Just go for it, if anyone says anything, worry about it then.

''We crash any van.com,any, any, any, any, we crash any van.com''

What about, ''dont be shy, give us a try''
Why don't you have a quick google before making stupid comments?

I like that one. Haha.

Back on topic, just go for it.

Do a quick online search on whatever you choose to make sure no one anywhere near you has it. I'm not sure if you can trademark a slogan?

On my van I've got "your pane, our pleasure"

Think there's a company down in Wales have "your panes, are our pleasure"

And a company in America have it too.

Unless you become a multi national company I'm sure you will get away with any slogan. :)

Think there is a register bit like company house, like mcdonalds "I'm lovin it". So there must be some legal detail to it, I use "gardening made affordable" never made any checks though....

Never really thought about it, think trademarks are more for actual logos thinking about it....
