Isn't a rotary and hand-tool edge work a bit OTT if its just £15 per room cheap type work ... ? I'd imagine a wand would be quicker ?

I was just thinking of speed , if they are are charging 80 per house as stated and employing the expense of a man and expensive gear to do it ... the he would need to have the house done in about hour ? Im thinking of him negotiating bedrooms and awkward areas and having edges to to then ... when a wand , perhaps not a huge cumbersome one could do all at once . Also i see some of the Americans adding a premium for RX20 work over a wand so high quality work but potentially slower .
