hi guys i have just rearranged my van but i dont know where the wires go of my shurflo   
pump in to the controller and the battery i have 2 wires from pump which are blue and red and my controller has red and black and blue and brown i just dont know where they are supposed to go please help i am bald now lol

Red and Brown are LIVE WIRES.
Blue and Black are NEGATIVE WIRES.

Mine gave me grief on set up too - could it be the calibration values??

Rear of pump diagram if that helps

Only other thing I can think of is an air lock (is it running dry and unable to switch off due to lack of pressure)

i have done it like this but looking again on theres , theres no filter on pump so my filter is to the side and when on it only fills up half way , do i need that filter please

One more thing - try connecting your usual brush set up and let some water flow - possible to bleed various different bits then
