The University of Portsmouth has a requirement for a 3 year Framework
Agreement for the Deep Clean of the Halls of Residence.
The University has approximately 3,000 bedrooms and 500 kitchens spread
over 10 buildings that we envisage for the annual Deep Clean with a
minimum of 3 contractors on the framework.
There will typically be contracts awarded for 60+ rooms.
The 2014 clean will take place in the first 2 weeks of June, dates to be
confirmed.
