This video is the one where he is speaking about Marketing.  I think it's the same guy who is demonstrating the wanding technique.

Are these some sort of "taster videos" with vague content (where you get the detail when you join something)?

They are just brief videos to get over the bones of the topic from Cleanfax magazine. Nothing underhand, just thought people who don't subscribe to these things might find them helpfull.

I posted the link to latest Cleanfax online mag earlier here it is again. A useful source of info from over the pond most of which is relevant to UK cleaners.

Derek I've seen many instances of two of the mistakes in that video. One is bending over the wand which will eventually knack your back. The other is wanding back and forth with the trigger pulled leading to over wetting.
