when do you know when they are past their best? ..i wouldn't mind trying a different brand to gardener ..any suggestions

I've got an ionic brush you can try Andy.
Brand new. Heavy but very good scrubbing power.
Again, text me if you want it. I'm coming through town about half 7 tomorrow
