Customer changing their frequency
« on: January 31, 2014, 02:55:26 pm »
Does it happen to anybody else when customers change their frequency of clean subtly? Like a 4 weekly saying, 'I'll see you in 6 weeks' or 'see you in a couple of months'. I don't tend to mess about with wasters or responding as I know what they are trying to say. I'm happy to negotiate if they want cleans less often. I do just find it annoying some try to let you know. Anybody else have the same pent up hate for this?

We had a few of the "see you in six weeks" brigade, we just ignore and turn up a month later, tbh its not often were spot on time for 4 weekly cleans anyway.

We did one today £65, they always used to say, see you in another 6 weeks, LOL  yeah no problem see you next time!!

We try to avoid 6 weekers if possible as  having everyone else on 4 or 8 weekly cleans it just messes up work diary, but as i say we probably are always a little behind so it doesnt really matter too much to us.

Oooooo that is shiny!!

I just hand them a card with the next due date on.  It also advertises other services.

One woman I work for celebrated her 60th birthday and changed from 89.9fm to 94.3fm.

It'll be Radio Bristol next.
It's a game of three halves!

Don't get sick or behind. I might occasionally be a day late, but then customers are savvy enough to work out I'll be there the next day.

i do the same
give them a date and rough time as per next clean.
my customers love it and it also makes me plan my day better and makes me get up early to go to the job on time.
I'm never behind unless my van breaks down lol.
