George back up

Have George backed up on usb stick and laptop screen is cracked. Have tried to reload usb stick on different pc but won't run, Have downloaded free trial version but still no joy. Have emailed George support but anyone got any ideas in meantime?

You need the restore utility http://www.georgesystems.co.uk/ggrest.exe
