advice please

hi guys, I have a Belgian to do tomorrow, it has heavy soiling from kitchen doorway to centre of the room,rest of it not too bad, just wondered how you would approach it, I have hwe, enviro e40 and rotary at my disposal, thought I may go in with hd, agitate, then extract traffic lanes and finish with a dry pad..

love to hear how you got on. I always over qualify that the carpet may tighten or shrink using hwe or lm. Leave the customer to decide the level of risk they will accept and clean as dry as poss. Best

hi mate, I did it earlier, no need to hwe, thorough vacuuming, light mist with hd, agitated with shampoo brush then bonneted off with microfibre bonnet , I then put blowers on traffic lanes then when touch dry repeated procedure,came up well. the customer did say go for it ,if it doesn,t clean up I,ll just renew...
