Bio Friendly Oven Cleaning Chemical

For those who use heated dip tanks for Oven Cleaning -
Has anyone had any experience of using a non-caustic chemical in their dip tank. I am just looking for an alternative to Caustic Soda. If you use a bio-friendly one in the dip tank, does it significantly extend the clean time and does it cost a lot more. Also - I'd be interested to know what chemical you use.
I am looking at this as more of our customers have started asking the question about whether or not we use Caustic Soda.
Thanks
Steve
