this time I have gone into a partnership with a developer who vast experience and has worked on very projects and has stakes in large businesses.
you said that about the last one 
this developer is English and really does know his stuff and this is predominantly a web app with added android and apple app.
the last one was ok but we got lost in translation.
This one is costing much more money and I have seen previous work and its very impressive.
what are you going to do with your 1500 meters of pole hose? 
ive not got any hose but you reminded me I need to order some
