We have been asked to quote a contract for
serviced apartments cleaning - day to day cleaning of building with 77 serviced apartments (52x2bed/2bath, 22x1bed/1bath, 3x3bed/1bath) which will open in Manchester later this year including cleaning, laundry, bed changing,etc. Also full
move in cleaning will be required.
We have never had to quote something on this scale so that's something quite new for us but we like challenge and have got loads of experience in running housekeeping in hotels.
What should be included in the quote? What should we think of in advance. I guess we need to quote per room (average price) plus probable add linen hire cost plus cost of at least two supervisors who will be on site on alternate basis plus
public area cleaning.
Any advice will be much appreciated
