I would fit a motorized roof vent on your van and feed some warm air from the front to the back. hen I start my van in the morning I open all the windows 4cm and leave the heater on with the motor running.I never drive with a cold wet cab all the moist air goes out the window gap.
Kill all leaks on your system. That will be a good start.
