Hi Guys,

Priced one of the attached houses at £16 including high window's at either side of the house if you can see them.

Also, the back is the same as front pretty much.

Lady reckons someone has quoted her £12..

Am I over pricing?

Cheers!

I'd've gone in at £15.
£12 is a good price for the customer.
You'd've still made money at £12 though.

Yes, but if someone said they wanted it 4 weekly it would still be £20. I offer automatically 8 weekly.

No way £12 i just quoted one half the size of that, no side windows every 8 weeks and £14.

£16 is bang on.

Windows looked to be stacked as well, so you will need the top row to drain a bit at least.

You dont have too. Its to reduce chances of spotting.

Your price is good (I used to live in Wickford and Colchester) but you need to sell yourself, i.e. you clean windows, sills, frames, front door, back door etc, sell it to them!!!

never have a problem with spotting on these type of windows.  all u have to do is clean the frames and glass then rinse frames and glass come up perfect every time

Don't want to underprice just for the work

I see you're in Essex so I would have thought you could command slightly higher prices than a lot of other areas.

I would price that at £20 monthly or £25 every 2 months.

If the monthly is a bit steep for the customer and they choose 2 monthly, you're on to a winner.
