Yes folks: What is the one thing we could do that would eliminate all the none sense we have to put up with every day ? in our work and with customers. Go on give it your shot. I will reveal the answer later after we all have shot at it.

Why don't you have a quick google before making stupid comments?

Serious answer: Stop worrying and go with the flow.  Not worrying about it stops it being "nonsense" so youve got rid of it.

I'm going to guess, get more customers than you need so you can drop the messers

Pay someone else to do it and worry about it.

I have no problem I cannot cope with Das. I just always think of improving the lot of us window cleaners. Its just me being a consummate professional. I find it difficult to think me when we are all us.I am inclined to make observations by looking in-would at our industry.

work hard

always aim to do a good job, frames, sills and doors washed down every time

don t let customers down

be flexible with frequencies and payment methods

charge a fair price for your work

clean van, smart logo d uniform, business cards and leaflets.

do all these things on a consistent basis and you will attract the good customers over time.

O K will tell you. If we just sang from the same sheet. If we just told our customers the same thing when getting the same questions. I was reading the Lee Burbridge`s thread and the explanation to cleaning window in the rain. If we all used just that as a basic answer to cleaning in the rain we would eliminate that myth. But we are all to busy been individuals and trying to get one over the next that we miss  golden opportunities by not wanting to be in unison with anyone. Because we all think we are the smartest thing around. Its done by so many professionals but why not by us. Just chat to a mortgage consultant and you will see the harmony in there industry.Doctors do it, even politicians do it. But windys NO we are to smart for unity.
