I can count on one hand the amount of days the weather stopped me working last year

That is good.... but rainy days do come. Even if rain never falls it can cause loss of business. We do this chippy every two weeks, they used to say the same until I offered a rain guarantee. Now they never say anything and I get t keep the money even if it looks like rain
