Hi Deep cleaning Solutions
This may be of interest to you. It is so much more sophisticated than the simple thing that Outlook offers you of asking the recipient of an email to acknowledge receipt of an email
I had on an old computer but never got round to downloading onto my new computer this programme : mailinfo.
Here is the link to the website
http://www.mailinfo.com/web/I believe there is a free version and the paid version.
I was really pleased with it as it did tell you when and how many times somebody had looked at your email so if you then spoke to them on the phone you knew if they were being economical with the truth if they said they had never read it/got it.
It wasn't infallible but certainly very useful. i believe there could sometimes be a conflict between it and other software which might impact upon the running of your computer.
Below is a summary of what it can do.
Rog
